Những ai còn đang và đã mơ vọng về một thiên đàng cs, còn tin vào bản chất của con người cộng sản

Bất chấp lời cảnh báo của nhân viên cứu hộ, một số khách du lịch tại bãi biển Bondi vẫn xuống nước bơi lội.

 

Mới đây, khách du lịch tại bãi biển Bondi (Sydney, Úc) đã được chiêm ngưỡng một hiện tượng kỳ lạ khi nước biển bỗng dưng chuyển từ màu xanh thành màu đỏ như máu.Tình trạng bất thường này đã buộc ban quản lý bãi biển Bondi phải tạm thời đóng cửa. Tuy nhiên bất chấp những lời cảnh báo, một số người vẫn mạo hiểm bơi xuống nước.

 

 

 

Nước biển ở bãi biển Bondi (Úc) bỗng dưng chuyển thành màu đỏ khiến người dân và khách du lịch vô cùng hoang mang.

 

Bãi biển đã phải đóng cửa để tránh nguy hiểm cho người dân.

 

Các nhà khoa học cho biết, hiện tượng nước biển chuyển thành màu đỏ hình thành khi các chất hữu cơ, chất dinh dưỡng chảy xuống biển quá nhiều khiến nước biển bị bão hòa, tiêu hết khí oxy. Nếu như các loài tôm cá bị chết do không có oxy để thở, thì tảo biển lại sinh sôi rất nhanh.Mặc dù hiện tượng này không gây độc hại nhưng ban quản lý bãi biển Bondi và các nhân viên cứu hộ vẫn khuyến cáo du khách không nên bơi lội bởi họ có thể bị kích ứng da.

 

 

Nguyên nhân của hiện tượng này là sự thiếu hụt oxy trong nước biển khiến lượng tảo sinh sôi quá nhiều trong cùng 1 thời điểm và tạo ra màu đỏ.

 

Một khách du lịch, anh Ken Roberts, 23 tuổi, đến từ Birmingham, Anh cho biết: "Lúc đầu tôi cứ nghĩ mình đã tới nhầm địa điểm. Tôi nghĩ Biển Đỏ là một nơi nào đó ở châu Á mới đúng".

Nhân viên cứu hộ địa phương Bruce Hopkins nói: “Nước biển có mùi tanh, giống như một lớp dầu sốt cà chua loang khắp nơi vậy”. Trong khi đó, một đại diện của Hội đồng địa phương nói:

“Một lượng lớn cá đã chết khi hiện tượng này xảy ra. Bên cạnh đó, có những rủi ro có thể xảy ra với sức khỏe con người, bao gồm phát ban da và kích ứng mắt. Do đó bãi biển buộc phải đóng cửa khi lượng tảo suy giảm”.

Một số người vẫn mạo hiểm lại gần khu vực bị cấm

 

Khách du lịch và người dân địa phương hy vọng rằng tảo sẽ tiêu tan trong những ngày cuối tuần sắp tới, khi nhiệt độ dự kiến sẽ đạt 40 độ C.

They may still be wet behind the ears, but these water babies are taking to swimming as if it were the most natural thing in the world.

Newborns are perfectly prepared for an aquatic environment from being in the womb, according to the owners of the adapted pool in west London.

Now, London Baby Swim is opening the UK's first purpose-built centre solely for the smallest swimmers from six weeks old, in Wandsworth, south London.

'Nine months in a water environment means babies are perfectly prepared to swim from birth,' said Phil Shaw, 51, joint operations director of the company along with Ana Torres, 36.

'Most parents sign their children up for baby swimming because they want them to be safe around water.

'Once they start a course, they start to discover the other hidden benefits.'

He said that very young children can gain vital skills for their development through swimming at an early age - so there is no longer any excuse for tears at bath-time.

'We are helping babies to make new brain connections and strengthen their learning through exercise and stimulation,' he said.

'Introducing babies to swimming early improves babies and children's development in many areas - physically, intellectually, language development, emotionally and socially.

'We are very proud to see not only how much the babies enjoy the classes but how they improve their abilities in the water.'

The specially designed 10,000 gallon pool will be heated to a comfortable 33c and the four-foot deep water will take classes of up to eight babies at a time.

They will learn turns, submersions and floating techniques before they can crawl - on land and in the water.

UV light is currently used at the Osterley centre to keep the water clean and reduce the amount of chlorine necessary, so the pool is kind to babies' sensitive skin.

Mr Shaw added: 'Babies have a natural ability for swimming, having a different reflex that makes them perfect candidates for swimming.

'Healthy babies are born with extremely sophisticated natural reflexes that protect them from any harm and are very important as they promote their survival.

'At London Baby Swim we work around these reflexes to turn them into deliberate actions.'

He explained how babies' biological affinity for the water works. 'A babies' gag reflex is activated when water enters the mouth,' he said.

'Parts of the throat called the glottis and epiglottis close to prevent water from entering. This provides a watertight seal to the lungs while your baby is submerged.

'This is why you often see babies swimming with their mouths open.

'Babies also have what is called "the amphibian reflex". This is an involuntary movement of their arms, legs and torso, which helps us to introduce turns, rotations and kicking in our lessons.'

Instructors at London Baby Swim take a five-week induction course - which costs up to £114 - to ensure they know exactly how to look after babies in the pool.

Nhà máy in tiền Mỹ (U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing - BEP) được đặt tại đường số 14 và đường C, phía tây nam Thủ đô Washington, D.C.

Là nhà máy in tiền quốc gia, BEP chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế và in tất cả các loại tiền giấy của Mỹ.

Bên cạnh đó, nhờ sở hữu công nghệ in hàng đầu trên thế giới, BEP cũng sản xuất nhiều phần của hộ chiếu, vật liệu làm thẻ an ninh nội địa, thẻ nhận dạng trong quân đội, giấy chứng nhận nhập cư, nhập tịch, giấy mời của Nhà Trắng, trái phiếu kho bạc và các loại trái phiếu Mỹ khác.

Nhà máy in tiền mở cửa cho tham quan từ 9h tới 14h từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần (trừ ngày lễ). Riêng từ tháng 4 đến tháng 8, nhà máy sẽ cho tham quan thêm trong khoảng thời gian 5–7h chiều.

Cứ 15 phút sẽ có một tour vào tham quan, mỗi tour kéo dài 30 phút và khách tham quan sẽ không phải mua vé. Tour tham quan bắt đầu từ cổng sau của nhà máy.

Đến nhà máy in tiền, khách tham quan sẽ có cơ hội ngắm nhìn chu trình in ấn từng mảng lớn, chất đống, cắt nhỏ… của những đồng đôla Mỹ quen thuộc trong giao dịch quốc tế.

Bên cạnh đó, mọi câu hỏi, thắc mắc của họ liên quan tới quá trình in tiền đều có thể được giải đáp cặn kẽ.

Quá trình in tiền trải qua nhiều công đoạn. Mỗi bản in tiền đều gồm hàng loạt các chi tiết phức tạp để gây khó khăn cho việc làm giả.

Cận cảnh nhà máy in tiền của Mỹ

Sau khi quá trình in mặt sau hoàn tất, các nhân viên kỹ thuật làm nhiệm vụ kiểm tra lỗi.

Tuy nhiên, phần lớn các bản in được kiểm tra tự động bằng máy.

Sau đó, các tờ tiền cần được để khô trong vòng 3 ngày rồi mới tiếp tục được in mặt trước.

Khi cả 2 mặt đã được in, các nhân viên kỹ thuật tiếp tục công đoạn kiểm tra lỗi và tiếp đó là quy trình kiểm tra chất lượng bằng máy.

Các tập tiền đạt chất lượng sẽ được tách riêng và chuyển đi đóng dấu và in số serial.

Một số tập tiền 20 USD.

Ngay sau đó, những bản in sau khi hoàn thành đóng dấu và in serial sẽ được cắt thành những tờ tiền riêng biệt.

Cuối cùng là công đoạn đóng tập và chuyển vào kho.

Kho chứa tiền mới sắp được mang ra lưu hành.

Các tờ tiền sẽ bắt đầu được in từ mặt sau.
